MAILING PROBLEMS
As you are probably aware our mailing problems have returned and ISPs are proving very unhelpful in resolving them.
As you are also aware, the website is the primary way we deliver the ratings.
We deliver a back up of all our services every evening via email to counter any possible problems you may have accessing the website - server down etc.
Unfortunately, the emailed back ups sometimes can be either delayed, blocked, or deleted by various ISP mail servers (SMTPs). It is thus essential that all subscribers register to log in to the website. If you prefer spreadsheets but don't receive your emails for any of the above server reasons, all you need do is highlight and copy the website page you are viewing. Then simply paste into ONE cell of Microsoft Excel.
Please be assured that we send your emails every night. If you don't receive them by 10-PM, please log in to the website to view your page. By all means email us if you don't receive your emailed back ups. We will always re-send when requested to do so. Curiously, for reasons no ISP can - or is willing to - explain, re-sends always seem to get through.
Please bear with us while we continue to try and get at least one ISP to satisfactorily explain why we have recurring email problems.

We answer all free trial requests (except for those attempting to receive more than one free trial). If you don't receive an email from us it will be your ISP that is randomly blocking or deleting emails sent to your inbox. Please contact your ISP to stop this random blocking/deletion of your emails.
